The Sparring Arm

The Sparring Arm™ is a unique piece of equipment, which helps develop and enhance training, coordination and speed. It is a "live" device allowing the trainer to work it with footwork. The trainee therefore moves as in a sparring situation when hitting the target. Left and right glove may be switched easily and quickly to simulate a right or left punch coming at you. The device can accommodate just about any type of boxing gloves and mitts. The handle allows for carrying and also provides extra support to brace the strikes. The device is designed to take light to medium strikes. It allows for safe distancing when training an inexperienced student, plus Sijo Bruce Lee use a device like this.
